With dramatic color variations and distinctive grain patterns, Acacia creates a captivating and conversation-sparking atmosphere. Our carefully curated selection includes both Williamsburg Butcher Block Essential and Williamsburg Butcher Block Signature. While both options offer exceptional quality,

it’s important to note that WBB Essential Blocks may have slightly more variation in stave widths. For most projects, this won’t pose any challenges. If your project requires joining multiple blocks together, you may want to consider our WBB Signature, which are crafted with tighter stave tolerances, ensuring a flawless alignment when joining multiple blocks. Learn more in our comprehensive Butcher Block Buying Guide.

Williamsburg Butcher Blocks are sold unfinished and some options are available in countertops, island tops and backsplashes. What’s more, butcher block is easy to cut, shape, and finish with standard home tools. So, if you’re looking to add that personalized, tailor-made touch, you have an ideal opportunity to do so thanks to the versatile and DIY-friendly nature of this wood. The only restriction is your own creativity!

It is natural for time, sun exposure, oiling, and oxidation of the wood to cause the color to patina over time.  Length and width of staves can vary between boards and species.
